Shipping policy

1. General Information Steadysocks (Eneas Hensel) ships to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates depend on the weight/size of the order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over CHF 60.

3. Delivery Times As a young brand, we currently operate with international logistics partners to offer you the best possible prices. Please note the following timelines:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days. (This is the time we need to pack and hand over your order to the carrier).

  • Shipping Time: 5–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders are shipped directly from our international warehouses to your address.

  • Small Orders: For most orders under CHF 65.00, there are usually no customs duties or VAT charged upon delivery in Switzerland.

  • Import Fees: If your order value exceeds the tax-free limit, import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at its destination. These charges are determined by the Swiss customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Steadysocks has no control over these charges.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

6. Incorrect Address It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days at help@steadysocks.com.
