What size are your socks?

Currently, we offer one optimized size that fits EU 37–40 perfectly. We focus on this specific range to ensure the best possible hold and no slipping.

Do you have other sizes?

As a young brand, we are starting with our most popular size, but we are working hard to expand our range soon! If you are outside the 37–40 range, please sign up for our newsletter to know when new sizes drop.

How much does shipping cost?

You get Free Shipping on orders over CHF 60! Standard rates apply for smaller orders. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

When will my socks arrive?

We are just getting started! While we work on establishing local stock, we currently ship orders from our international warehouses. Please allow 1–3 days for order processing and 5–9 days for shipping. Thank you for supporting us on this journey.

Where is my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow a few days for the tracking status to update. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please contact us via our contact form.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to process orders very quickly to keep shipping times low. If you need to change something, please contact us immediately. Once the package has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Can I return my socks?

As we are a young brand and our socks are hygiene products, all sales are final. We generally can not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

What if my socks arrive damaged?

In this case, we have you covered! If you received a defective or incorrect item, please do not send it back. Just send us a photo of the issue via our contact form, and we will send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

For most standard orders delivered to Switzerland, there are no customs duties or VAT fees upon delivery. However, larger orders may be subject to import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
