Refund policy
1. General Return Policy As Steadysocks is a young brand selling hygiene products (socks), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind.

Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide carefully).

Slight color variations due to monitor settings.
2. Damages and Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Process:

Take a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item.

Email us at help@steadysocks.com within 5 days of delivery.

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Exceptions (Voluntary Returns) In exceptional cases where a return is authorized by our support team (e.g., for unworn items in original packaging), the following rules apply:

The return must be registered via email first.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to our office in Switzerland. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. Refunds If a refund is approved (for defects or authorized returns), it will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
